This handy device enables you to stretch any pair of shoes to accommodate the exact size of your feet. Each wooden shoe stretcher comes with 4 pressure plugs to stretch small areas to help with such asymmetries as bunions, hammer toes and calluses, letting you zero in on painful pressure points. Our shoe stretcher accommodates adult shoe sizes from 5-10 (US size for women).

How to use:
Insert the shoe stretchers into the shoes. Turn the knob to begin stretching the shoe. You will usually have to leave the stretcher in at least overnight, and sometimes for up to 48 hours. The longer you leave the stretcher in, the more the shoes will stretch. Try short periods of stretching time first so that you don’t overstretch the shoe.
