Vintage Bamboo Wood folding fan Oriental Large nice.
Nice original Bamboo carved vintage folding fan.
Measures (closed ) 10.5″ not including brass ring. Bamboo has a rich aged patina , and is darker than pictured. ( picture makes it look new ) Original ribbon color is a shade of peach or maybe pink, color has changed with age.
Fan has a distinct alternating pattern.
There are a few very small chips in the carving that are hard to see. And the one outside spleen may be missing ?.
The Bamboo fan is from the 1920″s
